When you have the right attitude toward becoming healthy and make the commitment to staying healthy, it’s easier to maintain your well-being. And this is where reiki healing can help you change your bad habits whether it is overeating, smoking or being always worried about the future.
During the session, you don’t need to do anything other than relax. (Make sure you tell the reiki healer which habit you wish to correct before hand.) The healer will then speak to your soul using a standard phrase to heal the habit you want to change. It is a pretty simple but effective way to overcome your bad habits.
